Welcome to our new interactive mindfulness program designed for children ages 4-9.


This program offers a 20-minute virtual lesson with a project at the end of each session. These lessons combine mindfulness, movement and a theme which will help your child connect with their inner emotions. They will immerse themselves in playful activities, like focusing on sounds, mindful breathing techniques and practiced gratitude lessons all designed to bring calm and reduce stress and induce positive emotions.

Each video will include an activity designed to engage your child to explore their inner feelings. Our PDF’s are compatible with Google and easy to download. Children will be encouraged to explore nature, their surroundings and how their minds connect to their physical bodies. We look forward to sharing this practice with you and your children.
